In equestrian halls, whether for show jumping or dressage, the lighting system must be adapted both to the needs of people and to the eyesight of the horses. Horses have strong twilight vision and are therefore more sensitive to differences in brightness than humans. To ensure that animals feel comfortable and are not irritated or worried, large differences in luminance should be avoided.
