Brandmaier Informative Leuchtanzeigen is a family-run company with over 30 years of experience in the development and production of electronic display systems and LED lighting solutions. At our location in Horb am Neckar, we create customized "Made in Germany" solutions for a wide range of applications.
Your responsibilities:
- You research potential customers and business opportunities and actively support the acquisition of new orders.
- You handle customer inquiries, clarify any outstanding points, and prepare proposals in collaboration with the sales and technical teams.
- You maintain customer, project, and proposal data in the CRM, keeping everything up to date and transparent.
- You coordinate proposal and order processes and stay on top of follow-up activities.
- You assist with scheduling and delivery arrangements and ensure smooth communication.
- You take on general commercial and organizational tasks within the inside sales department.
What you bring to the table:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
- You have experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with a CRM system.
- You work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner without losing sight of the team spirit.
- You communicate clearly, in a friendly manner, and with a service-oriented mindset, both internally and externally.
- You are organized, keep track of priorities, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Excellent written and spoken German is a prerequisite.
