About us:
Brandmaier Informative Leuchtanzeigen is a family-run company with over 30 years of experience in the development and production of electronic display systems and LED lighting solutions. At our location in Horb am Neckar, we create customized "Made in Germany" solutions for a wide range of applications.
Your responsibilities:
- You develop and optimize electronic assemblies and hardware solutions for LED displays and display systems
- You design circuits and select suitable components, taking functionality, availability, and cost into account
- You create circuit diagrams and define layout specifications in coordination with PCB manufacturers
- You commission prototypes and series assemblies and perform tests and verifications
- You analyze errors, identify root causes, and consistently implement hardware improvements
- You oversee the transition of prototypes into series production and provide support during ramp-up and stabilization
- You work closely with software development, product design, and production to ensure everything works together seamlessly
- You create and maintain technical documentation that is genuinely useful in day-to-day operations
What you bring to the table:
- You have a degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in hardware development, ideally involving LED technology or embedded systems
- You have a solid understanding of analog and digital circuits
- You are proficient in C/C++ and can effectively integrate software requirements into hardware development
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team with various departments
- You have a strong sense of quality and take responsibility for your results
